Volunteer role
Partnerships & Fundraising Lead
Builds relationships with institutions and funders to support SRHE's development, including Institutional Membership.
What you'll do
- Identify and approach prospective Institutional Members
- Develop relationships with funders, trusts, and grant-making bodies relevant to SRHE's mission
- Support development of funding proposals and applications
- Work with the Operations Lead to track and report on partnership and funding activity
Essential criteria
- Experience in partnerships, business development, fundraising, or a related field
- Confident relationship-builder, comfortable approaching new contacts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desirable criteria
- Experience fundraising for a charity, CIC, or non-profit
- Existing networks within education, public health, or the voluntary sector
No direct contact with young people. This role does not involve direct contact with children or vulnerable adults, so an enhanced DBS check is not required. Safeguarding training is still mandatory for every SRHE volunteer.
