Volunteer role
Operations Lead
Keeps SRHE running day-to-day — coordinating volunteers, processes, and the practicalities of an early-stage organisation.
What you'll do
- Coordinate volunteer activity and support effective working across the team
- Maintain key organisational records, processes, and documentation
- Support the CIC registration process and ongoing compliance requirements
- Help track progress against SRHE's priorities and report to the team
Essential criteria
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience coordinating teams or projects, in a paid or voluntary capacity
- Comfortable working independently and prioritising across competing demands
Desirable criteria
- Experience supporting a charity, CIC, or other non-profit organisation
- Familiarity with project management tools
No direct contact with young people. This role does not involve direct contact with children or vulnerable adults, so an enhanced DBS check is not required. Safeguarding training is still mandatory for every SRHE volunteer.
