Memberships Administrator
Manages SRHE's membership records and processes as Network and Institutional Membership open.
What you'll do
- Process Network Member and Institutional Member applications once membership opens
- Maintain accurate membership records, including age eligibility checks
- Respond to membership enquiries and keep applicants updated
- Work with the Systems Manager to keep membership data secure and well organised
Essential criteria
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- High attention to detail, particularly around eligibility and data accuracy
- Comfortable handling personal data in line with SRHE's Privacy Policy
Desirable criteria
- Experience administering memberships for a membership body, club, or association
- Familiarity with CRM or membership management tools
No direct contact with young people. This role does not involve direct contact with children or vulnerable adults, so an enhanced DBS check is not required. Safeguarding training is still mandatory for every SRHE volunteer.
