What you'll do

  • Plan and coordinate SRHE events, both online and in person
  • Manage event logistics, including booking, invitations, and follow-up
  • Work with the Education & Training Lead on any training or workshop events
  • Gather feedback from events to inform future SRHE activity

Essential criteria

  • Experience planning or coordinating events, in a paid or voluntary capacity
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with attendees and partners

Desirable criteria

  • Experience running events for a charity, network, or membership organisation
  • Familiarity with online event platforms and booking tools
No direct contact with young people. This role does not involve direct contact with children or vulnerable adults, so an enhanced DBS check is not required. Safeguarding training is still mandatory for every SRHE volunteer.
