What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain SRHE's visual identity and brand guidelines
  • Design materials for the website, guidance documents, and social media
  • Work with the Systems Manager on the website's design and usability
  • Support other volunteers with templates and visual assets for their work

Essential criteria

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design or visual communication skills
  • Proficiency with standard design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent)
  • An eye for accessible, inclusive design

Desirable criteria

  • Experience designing for charities, education, or health communications
  • Basic familiarity with web design principles
No direct contact with young people. This role does not involve direct contact with children or vulnerable adults, so an enhanced DBS check is not required. Safeguarding training is still mandatory for every SRHE volunteer.
